Sennheiser GAME Zero's sounding flat and mic isnt good.

Zarrona13

Hi, just wanna say i'm a new member here so sorry if this breaks any posting rules. I just got my Sennheisers the other day, but I can't seem to get them to have as good of a quality as they should. I have no DAC/AMP or anything, just straight onboard memory from my MSI Z270-A pro motherboard. Someone said it could be my motherboard that's the problem, but I've heard it should be able to work just fine, obviously not as great as it would with other hardware, but onboard just fine. My friends on discord said it sounds like I'm talking through my hand and sometimes like through a tin can. I was wondering if there's anything you guys could do to help me? Drivers to download, settings to change or if my motherboard really just can't run them.

Thanks in advance!

Ive had them aswell, bought sound card, improved it a little bit, but the audio quality is just horrible compared to headphones 558s, mic was fine but audio was just disgustingly bad, took the L and sold em for less :P
