Question about a monitor

I’m looking for a pretty color accurate 4K monitor with Freesync which is easy to find, but I was wondering if there are any that can run at higher refresh rates at lower resolutions. Say 1440p 144hz.

1440p wouldn't be 4k.. 4k is 3840x2160.. 1440p is 2560x1440p.. So either you're looking at 4k 60hz or 1440p 144hz+ or 1080p 144hz+.. What do you want? What size monitor are you looking for?

 

You have to sacrifice something to get the majority of the features that are most important to you.. Unless you have an unlimited budget and can afford $1000+ for 4K 120hz (not worth it, IMO)..

Some monitors run at higher refresh rates if you run them lower than their native resolution. I’m just wondering which ones do that well.
