[League of Legends] Looking for a team

I'm super sick of solo queue and the mixed bag of bs that comes with it. I would like to find a full team, maybe including a few extra members who can play together, work on strategies, go over previous play together, etc. 

 

I'd like to operate over Discord and use mic's during play, etc. 

 

I currently main Mid / ADC roles, and could play any role given practice with the team comp.
