What would you call this?

I’m trying to get this little grippy thing on a racing wheel replaced but I don’t know what to search. Can anyone tell me what they would try? 

It’s the grippy thing that goes under a surface to stay on

I would be inclined to call it a (deskt) clamp, but that yields very few good results.. It is however the name of the product though:

This is just a site I found selling this (exact?) thing, so cannot vouch for/against them, but should at least give you a product number.
