Dl180 g6 fan change

Changed the fans on my dl180 g6 and now when I boot, it just shuts down and doesn't say anything after raid controller setup

Are you able to login into ILO? I'd check ILO logs before trying anything else.

I don't know how to use ILO, but I got this picture if it helps. Now it gets here and just shouts "620-Non-Redundant fan failiure or missing System will Shutdown in 13"

Looks like either the replacement fan is faulty, wrong P/N, or not fully plugged in.

The fans are NF-R8 Reduxes and all of them spin. They are originally 4pin fans but I changed the connector to 6pin. The original ones were 2B06038B12G.

And also, I cant get to bios idk why but I cant :/

Got the connectors from old fans and put them in the new ones

I think the server shuts down because the rpm isnt high enough
