i want to know if my computer can handle these programs

ok so here is my rig 

CPU: AMD A10-7860K(overclocked to 4.1)

Motherboard: msi a68hm-e33 v2

Ram: 16 gigs of corsair vengeance ddr3(2133 but running at 1333)

Storage:firecuda 2tb drive

Graphic card:GTX 1070(hp oem)

Power supply:corsair 600 power suppy 80bronze

I show this because I wanted to know if these programs that I want to get are

Adobe photoshop cc 2019

Adobe premier 

Adobe after effects

Adobe illustrator

FL studio 20 production edition

They'll run, but if you use these often then you'll want a better CPU/RAM.

I cant since the fm+2 motherboard is only for apus and I did upgrade the cpu and ram since the 4 slot motherboards are pretty expensive for me. and I have a micro atx case. :(

It will work fine, but obviously it can be better.

 

If you ever need to upgrade or want to, you can upgrade to an mATX Ryzen setup for around $200 USD

Welp... if it runs it won't be any good compared to an entry level Pentium G5400.

Keep in mind the motherboard doesnt have a price there* so it's a tad more expensive. Slight oversight by me

honestly I just want a motherboard that has like 4 slots if not I will just get the 8 gig ram that you recommended and just buy a 16 gig kit. And I know that its not good to mix ram but I just want a new computer at this point.
