I can get a USED 1080 on Ebay for £320 to £350  easy

That would probably be a good bet if your sure you can get a new monitor in the next few months or sure as long as your comfortable buying used

So if i can get a 1080p 144Hz Monitor i should get a 1080 used?

I think that would be a really good bet. Your getting RTX 2070 performance for a good amount less than a rtx 2060

Ok, i'll purchase a 1080 then, i'll try to find one thats less then 2 years old, and hopefully with warranty still.

had it for over a week now, runs perfectly - got it for £280 was purchased this time last year, so has like 2 years warranty on it, so hopefully that's a good deal. thanks for your help.
