How to fix windows 10 photos????

My windows 10 photos are not able to open iphone videos, it states that the format is not supported and I cannot import any photos or videos into my computer after!

Are you trying to view videos that are located on the iphone itself?

Try to copy the files to your computer first, and then open them.

I think the problem is more of that he tries to open files when they are still on the mobile device, because then windows locks up.

As far as i know there is no fix for that, other than to copy the videos to the computer, and then open them.
