  • Tablet with LTE,
  • phone with LTE but without cell service
  • any device with LTE, no cell service

  1. does google maps work?
  2. does g maps find your location?
  3. are you able to get direction?
  4. do you get voice direction?

thanks

could also link to accurate answers

When I was in Colorado in the mountains, the GPS continued to work even without LTE or data. In fact, google maps would work 100% as long as you had the local map downloaded.

type of device is needed. if it's a phone, with or without lte, then you are accurate in what you say.

this is about Tablet with LTE

fixed

It was a phone, but a tablet would perform the same way as long as it has a GPS module. What tablet are you talking about?
