Rtx 2070 fan 1 doesnt spin

hello my rtx 2070 by evga xc has a issue where the 1st fan doesnt spin if i even turn it on manual mode and put it to 100% fan 2 will spin fine at max rpm however fan 1 trys to start up but then stops and then trys again then stops doesnt even reach any sped just stutters a bit stops in my evga app it shows its at 100% and sopping at 0 RPM any ideas is it just a faulty fan and i think this also explains why my temps on the car are so bad

How long have you had the card? Can you still take it back To the shop? Otherwise RMA?

and i had it for 2 months bought it off kijiji so thats not a option

Was it bought new? If so, RMA via EVGA. Has this problem occurred recently or has it been going on for a while ?

no it wasnt new i bought it used from kijiji and i just noticed this issue now

Try and RMA it via EVGA. Should have 24 months min warranty (in EU at least)
