STEAM GAMES RANDOMLY CRASHING TO DESKTOP

My games (NBA 2K19 and RE2 Remake) have been randomly crashing to the desktop
 

Things I tried:

1) Verifying integrity of game files
2) Updating my GPU drivers (using DDU and fresh install)
3) Uninstalling and Reinstalling steam
4) Loading default bios settings
5) Closing  MSI Afterburner / RTSS
