My asus strix rx580 overheating

My specs :

Amd radeon RX580 asus strix 

Amd ryzen5 2600 

8gb 3000-mhz ram

850w corsair rm850x ( I know Its too big for my setup but it was on sale.)

 

My asus strix rx580 goes sometimes up to 90 degrees when playing ex. pubg, r6

My gpu usage is around 90-100 percent, when gaming and processor around 40. Isnt that bottleneck? May that be the problem?

What case is it in? How many fans?

That's not a bottleneck, it just means your GPU is being fully utilized (good thing)

You don't have a bottleneck.

Try changing your GPU's thermal paste.

also check and make sure your fans are ramping up like they should

Set it to higher percentage at full load in that case. Also you could try to undervolt.

How big is the gap between the front glass and intake fans? What RPM are your intake fans spinning at?
