Help! How to make a 100% same system into other SSD??

Help!  I want to change my system drive to a whole new SSD, but I don't want reinstall my windows and other software. How can I make 100% copy into a new SSD and make sure it can boot as good as the original??? Thanks!!!

Macrium Reflect (and it's Rescue USB) is great. It's not mindless cloning tool like Clonezilla (that can't even clone bigger drive to smaller one), but tool created by people who understand Windows system.
