REVIEW: Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut *insert click baity title here*

Wow is all I can say, setup, torture test, pics below.

 

Setup:

CPU: FX 8350

Mobo: ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0

Cooler: Corsair H100i GTX

Case: CoolerMaster HAF XM (14 fans spinning in case)

Rest of setup in the sig

 

Torture Test:

1 Hour of Prime95 and Unigine Heaven (1600x900 16xAA windowed across 2 monitors everything maxed) at the same time

 

Results:

Socket temp drop by 3c

CPU temp drop by 5c

 

Temps back to idle in 5 minutes

1 hour of this torture test back on 12.30.18

 

Second pic:

1 hour of this torture test just now (proved myself out a little better on this second pic, these temps are amazing.  Going to work on OCing this weekend)

 

 

 

 

100% recommended, worth the $7 shipped.  I can get at least 2 CPUs covered from what I can tell by reviews and what I have left in the tube.

I got interesting results in my laptop, while the overall temperatures were not lower than my Arctic MX-4 (2 degrees of difference though)
After a month the Arctic would become crazy (probably pump-out effect) instead, after 5 months the Kryonaut is holding well without a single difference

I ran out of Kryonaut so, I'm currently using Hydronaut. The temps seem to be about the same so far.

I used to be a GELID Extreme guy, haven't gone back after Kryonaut! I even considered buying a 30g tube at one point

i love kryonaut.  the little tube i got was enough for 4 cpu swaps and 2 gpus

Good to know, Im about to do a custom loop and have only done 1 CPU so far and need to do a CPU and GPU still
