laptop Looking for the best laptop on the market!

Hello everyone So, basically, I'm looking for a laptop that should be the best in every aspect (at least for me). I've asked Chat GPT, friends, retailers and Google, but no one found the laptop that I'm looking for. So, maybe here, in LTT forums some one could be the resolver for my issue? Let's say that money isn't the issue. What I need from the device: 1. Display - 4k OLED, Touch, perfebly 120HZ but I'll be find with 60hz. Size does not matter for me. Small, big, medium... 2. Keyboard - Full keyboard with a numpad. 3. CPU & Ram - Don't really care, anything from ryzen 5 / Core i7 would be fine for me. Don't care of it's U/P/H version of a cpu. 4. Have pen integrated to the device 5. Optional - If possible, ethernet port? Currently the only device that fits what I'm looking for is the X1 Yoga Gen 8, but it's without the full keyboard! What else could you recommend for me? Thank you! -
After a month of being held in customs my keyboard finally came in today. However when I plugged it in nothing lights up and typing doesn’t work. It's now popping up as "Device Not Recognized" by Windows and I can't seem to find a driver for it anywhere online. The software for RGB is the only thing I can find, and it doesn't seem to do anything since the device is not being recognized as plugged in. I’ve already tried numerous usb 3.0 and 3.1 ports so that is not the issue.

I upgraded my internet speed from 120Mbps to 240, but my main PC just won't get all that speed. The max it has reached is 139. I have gigabit ethernet and I've connected another PC to the same cable, getting the full 240 plus 10 (even with Wifi I've got 240), but my main rig just won't get there (the cable is 5m long, but it shouldn't matter, right? I'm still bargaining with the idea of removing my main rig from it's place). I've tried messing with the ethernet adapter settings, but none helped. Now I just don't see what to do. My next step is booting my main rig with another windows install while I wait for suggestions. Hi, I have windows installed on a SSD. Until last week it had almost 110GB free (of 210). Then I had this situation I plugged 2smartphones to recharge and to copy some documents. there was some error and now my PC neither detects the old I had connected hundreds of times nor the newer one. I read, that error wont go unless u 1) edit some (no idea what files), 2) reinstall everything or 3) do some recovery system to go to last working config. I tried the 3rd step which seemed very easy. It was almost done when I got an error. windows restarted and said nothing had changed. Then, some days later I plugged an old usb-memory to copy those files just to remember it probably was infected. I first had an error but then could copy all files needed in it. Now as I wanted to copy some more files, I see with horror that the SSD has only 10GB space free (I havent installed anything this last days). virus? recovery system error? both? some 3d thing? What should I do? P.S: I selected all folders on the SSD and they sum 48 gb. how to know what the other 150+ GB are?

Hi, I have an i7-7700k and a Cryorig H7 air cooler and am kinda confused as to why my CPU is getting so hot. Using Core Temp 1.5 my cores are under 1 or 2% load and still running at 40 - 45 degrees - even I know that is too hot for that load! When running AIDA 64 FPU it went up to 97% on 3 of my cores, and 93 on the other one. I do not understand why. Everywhere I've seen, people have been getting around 30 - 35 degrees with no load with this same processor and cooler - but mine is at 45? The only thing I could think of is my thermal paste application isn't good - but I took it off today and re-applied it and nothing changed. This was my first time building a PC, so it is likely I could have done the thermal paste wrong. I am using Arctic MX-2 compound, which I thought was a good one - but maybe I am wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as right now I am scared to do much in fear of making my CPU get too hot.

My ram is too full but I don't know which process causes it. The problem seems to occur around battlefield 1. Does anbody else have this problem? The game becomes unplayable because when I play the ram gets completely full. After a restart sometimes the problem does not occur. I have 8gb of ram.

Ya so i was just finishing up some euthereum mining and I decided it was time to cash out because there was a steam sale that i had to catch. So i got about 20$ from my miner and was converting it to bitcoin when i relised my bitcoin walled still hadn't completed configuring. It was about 50% done when it said "out of space" because i am dumb and put the program on my ssd. I copied it and moved it to a drive with more space but my ssd still says it is full. There are no files in the wallet that remain in the ssd and i don't know where it is downloading to so it is stuck at 50%. I need to get rid of any of those files that remain in the ssd and either transfer them to the hhd or delete them.

Hey guys, I'm planning a new custom water cooling build for my streaming/gaming pc and I think I've come up with the whole build, but I can't find a case that I like. Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DCWkBP The build is going to be a black and pink color scheme done primarily by RGB lighting. The case fans are subject to change with the case obviously. Things I want from the case: Mid or Full Tower, Front Panel USB Type C preferred, Side Panel Window (Tempered Glass Prefered). I was considering the Lian Li PC-O11, however it doesn't seem like it has any effective ways to hide the LED strips from sight. I was also looking at the be quiet! Dark Base and maybe painting the orange stripe pink. Any ideas outside of case options are appreciated as well thank you.

hi guys, I have 970evo 256gb ssd. I am using around 100gb of it, for system and 2-3 games, but when I go to this pc, it says that I have 2gb left of free space, I did disk cleanup, ccleaner, windir stat says like on the screen shot, file manager also says, that I am using only 100gb of it. I also had another account on this pc, where I had forza 7, which I removed ( whole account), but it seems that the space is still reserved for the game. I have only 1 partition on C drive, that is whole drive as C:. What should I do ?

So here is a weird one for you guys, I have a 120gb ssd with 50gb of stuff on it....but it is full and keeps getting fuller as I make more space from the 50GB.... I have no idea where the other space is being used up as I checked hidden files and everything and there is nothing more than that 50gb.. so what Is going on? magical stuff?

Hi, I'm looking for a pc case with great airflow. Requirements: Space for atleast 2 HDD, and 1 SSD. Graphics length atleast 330mm. Will eventually upgrade to a card close to the 320 - 330mm length. So just making sure it will fit. Great airflow. Supports ATX mobo. I would prefer a midi tower, but it can be a full tower aswell. Preferebly a case below $160 Right now my case is a CM Elite 430. My specs: Graphics card: MSI GTX 980 Gaming 4G. CPU: i7 6700k. CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212 Evo. RAM: 2x 8gb. MOBO: MSI Z270 Gaming M5. PSU: CM B700. Case: CM Elite 430. Hi, I've being trying to workout why my HDMI output to my second display which is a TV ( Sony KDL55W800C) colours are washed out. The strange thing is even when I've configured these setting in Nvidia control panel to RGB, 12bpc and color range to full I see no changes. An sometimes when I shutdown / restart my PC is fixes the problem, but not all the time. Any help regarding this would be great. Cheers.

i currently have and enthoo luxe tempered glass. i love it, but it got all messed up when my loving wife pushed my PC off my desk (while the hard drive was spun up) anyways, i have roughly 200, but am flexible up to 250. has to be roomy, has to have lots of fan holes that are 140mm, i like loading up a ton of case fans and running them all at low rpms. standard atx mobo and a asus strix 1080ti so needs some gpu length room as well. suggestions?

My htc m8s is saying that my SD card is full, but when i go into storage it is saying that i have over 60GB left (It is a 64GB sd card). Please help. Also, some apps i copy onto the SD card are corrupted and don't work. When i try and copy songs onto it from my windows 10 laptop the speed is acceptable for the first 5 secs or so, but then it drops to about 0.5MB/S. When i go to play the songs, they are not there. Please help

I have been playing this awesome mod for day or two. I suggest anyone that likes Skyrim to give it a go. It's completely new map, story, and has nothing to do with the Elder Scrolls lore as far as I know. Leveling system is different and the story/dialog is fully voice acted. Hey, just spotted this on Craigslist and I think I am going to pull the trigger.https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/sys/5610007552.html I'm in the market for a complete system because I am currently on a 9 or 10 year old lap top and I just can't do it anymore. I talked the guy down to 350, but with no headphones/Mouse ( I already have both). I made a part list (pcpartpicker) with as many close components as I could find and it was more expensive for just the tower, not to mention window and a monitor. I like to play games, but nothing that is too system requiring. I mostly just play CS:GO and Smite (Probably Overwatch now as well). My only concern was the CPU not being strong enough but for those games I think it would probably be strong enough ( I normally play pretty low settings/resolution because I am super competitive even though I'm not great). Just hoping for something that can hopefully keep me over 60fps, and maybe 144 fps if I get a new monitor (but I'm not opposed to upgrading the cpu if it comes to that). So, the question is, at this price am I doing alright? I am not super deep into the world of building computers so I figured that I would ask some people who are. Thanks everyone, -Kenton

Here's an article Good news all emulator lovers! CEMU, the Wii U emulator can now run not one, not two, but multiple games so far at very impressive speed! There's graphical issues still, but this is incredible progress! The CEMU team can now measure performance in FPS rather than SPF Youtube videos: As far as I know, this marks a significant step in the emulator world, so this is tech news I guess? Move it into console gaming if this doesn't belong here, sorry mods! The 1.4.0 build is available for patreons only for now, it'll be available for the public soon. Patreon people get builds early, so go donate if you want it now! Or donate either way, the team behind Cemu is friggin awesome! Personally very excited for this, perhaps in just a year or two, we'll be able to run Wii U games at 4k with enchanced graphics! What do you guys think? -
So I've been looking around for quite a while now for a case with two vertical PCIe slots, that also stands upright, but the best I could find is a single vertical PCIe slot such as on the cooler master cosmos 2 (see image for vertical pcie slot, it's on the back right side of the case) Seeing how essentially all high end GPUs are double slot cards, they won't quite fit a single pcie slot.. Taking this sound card as an example (or at least what I assume is a sound card), it sits in the case vertically, imagine if you could do the same with your GPU, that way the side that I'd call the front (The side with the fans) is facing out towards the window, instead of down where it will never be seen. Has anyone here attempted something like this? If so, how did it work out? how did you try to do it?" I'd likely end up trying it with a case such as the Corsair Air 540, or maybe the Fractal Design Define R5, as they have a fair amount of space between the tops of the current PCIe slots, and the case sidepanel. I know that I'd be able to make a single vertical PCIe slot work if I had a single slot GPU, though high end single slot gpus typically require custom watercooling, which is something I do not have the money for. Any help is greatly appreciated!

So I'm trying to figure out Windowed Borderless or Fullscreen Borderless modes.. I mean I'm not having troubles with Fullscreen but it is annoying to alt tab and check things out, always bothers me .. But, when I try Fullscreen/Windowed Borderless mode, it works.. but uhm.. micro stutters? and there's fps lag I think? sometimes it's smooth but not really... it feels choppy aswell, maybe? Im not sure tbh, but there are microstutters.. it's annoying, yet I love it. So what's up? is it my 60Hz monitor? Because my friends say it's completely fine with their 120/144 Hz monitors.. and Im all like "u sure?" Specs: GTX 980 Ti i5 3570k 16GB RAM Windows 10 pro
