  1. I agree with this, 1080 is your best bet atm. Vega may have potential that we havent seen just yet and very well could bring the nvidia cards a little bit lower on msrp
  2. if you have any questions regarding the laptop feel free to ask
  3. I just bought this laptop after watching Austin's review of it. I ended up getting the lower end model that's 800$ and threw a 850 evo in it. There are definitely aspects that dell cut corners on but all in all i thoroughly enjoyed my purchase. Granted you wont be able to play the most demanding titles at the settings you want but its imo a good standing laptop
  4. a great person once said....."nobody cool goes to prom" Shane Pizza
  5. I cant speak for the M50x's but I do however love my HD598c's. Amazon was running a sale in the US for I believe 150$. IMO a great buy, also a good investment.
  6. santa only needs to bring me a 12 pack and the ability to grow a massive white beard

I'm alright, just opened some Christmas stuff!

  7. it looks like a watch battery towards the lower right side of the motherboard, theres a clip holding it in place. pull that out and dont put it back in for a couple minutes then try booting
  8. Im thinking that its possible that the something may have short circuited or fried when the condensed liquid came out onto the board? as previously mentioned? but I would try unplugging the psu, pulling out all ram except one stick, pulling out gpu, reseating the cmos battery and let sit for about 5 or so minutes before rebooting. If it boots safe then rule out the remaining components by trial and error
  9. ok many thanks ive just been trying to figure it out for some time now and i was like an sli bridge connector just will not work
  10. sorry i guess i didnt clarify enough! i meant the connection between the two block not the actual sli bridge
  11. ok so i have said motherboard with two 760's in sli and in the works i want to include them in my loop already. Now as for the question i feel this may be noobish but i have no idea what to do about linking the gpu blocks together. They are spaced wierd on the board so my question is I am unsure what sort of sli bridges i need or will i even be able to use one with the weird spacing between the cards. i have one card in top slot and second in the next down
