okay, the leaks were pretty right. even though the images were a bit fuzzy posted by OP that had me go a bit skeptical, it's pretty much confirmed officially to be a massive unit as shown.

although they might be allowing a boatload of funds for the pandemic recession patch up, it might temporarily crash or bounce back at the given moment due to that effect, But it's not technically free dumping of printed money which is like the worst thing to to do. due to federal reserve system you need to pay that back internally in near future & value will start stabilizing or start stepping up. i don't wanna say the name since it will be political. but there was another tried/tested ideology that was too focused on this specific printing & dumping to patch a hole required in a similar by excessive radical way for specific ideologically value needs, blinded by needs versus focused on framework preventing things from collapsing. it collapsed in a decades time without proper backbone. eroded itself due its nature.

Was kinda predictable restoration wouldn't happen under terms/conditions they agreed, also good call on not allowing apple to pursue further to destroy any non relative associative parts of EPIC as well. sounds like a fair judgement. but if apple does decide to take it further to higher they will be able to.

Just like clicking "accept terms and continue", it does notnot allow them to set and enforce any terms they want. There are these things called "laws" that supercede any private contract. You can't waive fundamental rights through private contracts, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. 

Most "terms and conditions" are void (because of how draconian they get) and serve only a deterrence function. 

 

Somehow people think you can sell yourself into slavery by "freely signing a contract". You can't. 

Same can be said about dress code or fees & residency terms or ID requirements conditions, unless it's put under extremely inhumane or discriminating or derogatory conditions , laws would apply just as any contractual agreement between 2 parties. it will be a lengthy process if it goes out into legal battle, probably have a vaccine by the time it's finished lol.

So worth noting this has been resolved, what happened was the new update they pushed include the ability for users by buy premium wordpress account upgrade.  The developer was not aware of this since the app loads some content directly from wordpress.com and wordpress.com (inlining it in the app UI) had changed the page to let users buy.

The app dev has updated the app to not display that page and they are now in compliance with the rules.

Looks like Apple is asking for the in-app purchases cut, seems fair according to terms & conditions both parties agreed. standard rules apply just as any app when you agree to terms & conditions to have your app set on the said platform.

what do they want? 100% of profit cut sidelining agreement terms & meanwhile using the excuse reason that apple trying to take 30% of profits from a "free app"? they're not asking for extra cut from a free app. they put in an in-app purchase feature that harvest 100% of transactions meanwhile acting free? sounded like an vague overblown excuse to me.

3080 is slim as the leaks shown.  this probably is 3090 if it exists or a 3080 Ti version.

that's actually smart, kinda devious doe. rather than spending millions for a few seconds of ads on platform, you can target it very specifically to an age group with far less money.

Single point samples of stuff that may be photoshopped with questionable data attached.  No body knows anything for sure until stuff is actually on shelves and because of the 7nm/8nm thing even that is iffy.  The reviewers could even be screwed as well because there no way for them to know which version they got either.

wouldn't make much of a difference in end-design of heatsink/shroud either-ways. if they made a working unit & certified it, they probably mass produced a good portion of it by now.  it should look like this by the time it's revealed. unless Jen-San*badumtiss* saw the whole leak just as we did & flipped the whole script & redesigned it. the picture shown here is quite difficult to process with that much quality loss.
