also those are 2800 rpm fans i rather not have to listen to them outside of the case 

1030 is trash get a 7.2k atleast for hdd I think aperivia if I spelled it correctly they have a 800w 80+ gold that should work just fine I had it for ages and been working fine and u Don need z series if u Don overclock 

Ayyy I have bottle necking problem too I just put my i3 on a z series board and slap a 360mm aio play with base clock and get barely any boost in performance all core 4.3gh from 4200 4100 4000 4000.
