Yeah, because when you put the D15 together you have to install the fans yourself, so you just install one of them and skip the other.

If you won't be GPU rendering, get a 960. It has enough CUDA cores for the little acceleration that Adobe will use. If you're going to be working with high-fidelity textures on very large models and need lots of VRAM, try and find a used Titan/Titan Black/780 6GB. 
 
Everything else looks good. Just get a Tier 1 PSU and an air cooler as AIOs have too many points of failure for a workstation. If you want silence, the Define S is a cheap and very solid case.

If you're not willing or not able to pay for the subscription free, then it's not for you. 
 
Please don't pirate CS6 either. The only reason companies don't crack down on pirating is because it's more expensive to do that than to let the pirating continue.

Just do what I told you (rice will absorb a lot of water, so stop posting here and get goin'), and see if it works. Of course, if it doesn't boot, then you're forced to, but if you see unusual symptoms that means a part's going wrong and it could take something else with it, or even catch fire. Don't risk it. 

Take everything apart and put it in rice, and let it dry in a warm but not hot environment for at least two days. If you're extremely lucky it might work. If the PC boots but you see unusual things like very high temps or lagging, I'd highly recommend getting new parts. 
 
Make sure to throughly stress test every part for 24 hours using software like AIDA64.
