I was cleaning off my desk when a glass of water fell off and (of course) smacked into the top of my desktop. The computer was not on. It's a NZXT Phantom 410, so it has a grille on the top. Water fell through and inside. I IMMEDIATELY disconnected all power and other cables running into the computer and moved it. I ran and grabbed a towel and grounding wrist-strap. Grounded myself and then gently wiped all water I could see from the inside. I then removed my graphics card as some water was on the PCI-E power wires going in. There was water inside the connector and on the back of the card. I gently wiped all that away and then turned on the fan in the room. What should I do now? (Sorry if this was posted in the wrong place)

Take everything apart and put it in rice, and let it dry in a warm but not hot environment for at least two days. If you're extremely lucky it might work. If the PC boots but you see unusual things like very high temps or lagging, I'd highly recommend getting new parts.

Make sure to throughly stress test every part for 24 hours using software like AIDA64.

My build: tis be ordered

I really cannot get new components because this is my top of the line build. 4790K CPU, R9 290 XFX Extreme Edition, Z97 Motherboard, all the stuffs. I really have to save this computer.

Just do what I told you (rice will absorb a lot of water, so stop posting here and get goin'), and see if it works. Of course, if it doesn't boot, then you're forced to, but if you see unusual symptoms that means a part's going wrong and it could take something else with it, or even catch fire. Don't risk it.
