Yes its ok. Phones are smart today (maybe we should call them something like intelegentphones or something like that so people would know they are smart) and have around 3-5 chips to handle charging the right and best way for your battery (sort of) and most chargers have chips in them digsined to talk with your intelegentphone and know the amount of power to draw and when to stop.
The charger and cable a company will provide will always work the best because they were made for each other but other chargers will do 95% of what the "original" charger would do. (There are some ecxeption like the 65W charging and 2-4% effiecency lost but its not a big deal. the 65W is actually a big deal but the other thing isnt)

Yup, I wouldn't worry about it. I have been using a Samsung charger for my Xiaomi CC9 Pro and have had no issues at all. I have been using the Xiaomi charger on another phone, again with no problems.

Update : I was trying to see if I could find a recovery software that could see the drive, and when searching I kept it plugged in. And after several minutes the drive showed up automatically and a new window opened with everything still on it. I guess I should be backing up my stuff then !

Yeah I thought about that too for a moment, but I did not manage to open it. It's a 2,5" too. But hey, I guess I got kind of lucky with that one !
Thanks for your answers guys !

Agreed, @Coulous OLED won't be the best option if you're going to leave your TV on all the time with semi-static images.

    Ok so ...

I have this problem big time with my display, i've had to lower contrast and brightness to avoid it for the most part, but yea ..i assure u it WILL get worse..much worse., i know the cause and i know the fix ..but i have no backup display encase i fk up so i havnt attempted it.

The cause is cracked solder joints on the capacitor coils on the multiple boards that make up the internals of the Display. (caused by years of heat cycling)
You would need to remove the back panel, remove each board and flip them around so u can see the solder joints, and then either resolder or reflow the joints.

Dont leave OLEDs on like that, they will 'burn in' . Its not the same as Plasma burn-in.  Plasma burn-in is heat damage to the screen caused by prolonged exposure to static images.
OLED burn-in isnt actually 'burn-in'. Its pixel degradation, and its cumulative, so u can leave it on for 24hours, let it do a standby pixel refresh and u wont see any issue, but do that every day and in 1 year you WILL have permanent image retention (pixel degradation) ...aka 'burn-in.

You'd need to get a 'QLED' (dont limit urself to Samsung, most top end LCDs from other manufacturers use QD layers and are 'QLED'), thats has a good high density FALD system in place to simulated OLED performance. But it would be a good choice if ur going to leave ur screen on all the time like that.

Well, different company, pricings, maybe different manufacturing cost, different revenue calculations etc.
It's not easy to compare them just based on the Graphic chip ^^

Dell XPS models aren't the cheapest anyway, so there is some kind of "extra premium cost" for the Name.
But none of them 2 is a bad choice. These 2 are some of the best Windows Notebooks you can buy for that Price, and probably none will disappoint you.

Maybe try watching some youtube reviews about those 2, and just... Close your eyes, and see which one you would prefer.

You can buy USB 3.0/3.1 gen 2 extension cables, but be aware that there is a maximum distance.

Generally there is not much practical use for USB hubs at all unless you're plugging in a dozen USB 2.0 USB pen-drives that you aren't actively using all at once, or you have a bunch of USB audio equipment like MIDI controllers that aren't high bandwidth at all.

Coulous got a reaction from Jplayz07 in PC becoming quite slow for no reason...
    Hi !
I have a bit of a problem, because recently, my desktop started acting quite slow. I first thought it was because I was running out of space on my SSD, but after I made up some space the issue is still here. It's not slow at all right at the start, but it seems like the longer it's turned on, the slower it will become... This is quite annoying because when I'm working on projects, having the file explorer loading every folder I open and having to wait every file I drop into Premiere is really bad. I was wondering what could be the cause of that ? When I open Task Manager, I don't see any sign of anything being saturated, so I'm lost...
    Thanks for your time !

    PS : the specs are a Ryzen 5 1600, GTX1060 6GB, 16GB of RAM and a Samsung 500 EVO as C drive.
