You usually don't send the manufacturer an email or phone call. Register on the Gigabyte (support) website and claim an RMA request in your area. You will have to include the original invoice as well. Then they will send you instructions for RMA (it should all be automatic).

Might be.  It also might have badly connected pins somewhere.  Remember RGB is three colors combined to make many colors.  It sounds like there’s something wrong with the blue.  It sounds like blue is not getting as bright as it is supposed to or something.  What defines the color is the voltage the led receives.  That you are getting green at all implies the blue is getting some voltage.  Either it isn’t getting enough or the others are getting too much.... or is it blue that is getting too much?  Argh.  I think in subtractive color which is CMY rather than additive color which is RGB.  Maybe look at an additive color wheel to see where the problem is.

Your PSU might be dead judging by the burned smell and the mil sec start you mentioned.

Take ram out and place back in. Reset bios. This might fix the issue.

Yeah sounds like you burned your RGB power lines. Is there something you can see being broken on the board?

If you do that, it doesn't make any kind of burning smell or do any damage. It just inverts the RGB colors. Source: I'm an idiot.
