Changing the resolution doesn't change a lot for the CPU but it changes a lot for the GPU.
The same "scene" on 1080p, 1440p and 4K in the same game has the same elements (objects) and physics, it's just the details of those objects that changes.
So, a higher resolution might have only a few % impact on the CPU, but way more on the GPU.

You are looking at it all wrong.
Increasing the resolution decreases the framerate of the GPU, that means the CPU has an easier time holding up (preparing enough for the GPU).
So, if you were to go with a high end GPU and keep 1440p, the 7600x would do fine, and if you were to upgrade the CPU later it would offer you a performance increase but also allow you to upgrade to an even more powerful GPU.

It's a great fit for a 7600x based system. And it's a good GPU for the price at this time (beaten by a 6750XT for roughly the same price).
As an upgrade from an RX 590, it's a great option. Let's say that - what you have on 1080p with the 590 you'd have on 1440p with the 6700XT and add some more on top.
Most current and older games would be playable on 1440p high without raytracing. For example, it can do 1440p 144Hz 142lock in PUBG with competitive settings (mix of low and high).
4K, on the other hand, is 4x 1080p (literally) and that requires a stronger card for modern games to run on 60+. If that's your goal you should look at an RX 6900, 7900...
Or wait till the middle of June when the RX 7700 and 7800 cards supposedly come out.

Here in the US, the 6700XT is regularly found for $350-370, but from what I've heard, Europe has worse pricing in general. For one thing, in the US, we don't include tax in the price - some states don't have sales tax, so there isn't a tax in that case. In my state, there's a 6% tax, so a $370 card would be $392 - which isn't that far off, especially if you have a higher sales tax in Germany.

Unless you go with multiple DPI settings, not really. It flashes your peripherals onboard memory straight instead of just saving it in your computer. But if you need macro on logi you need G Hub sadly.

    Go for at least 1200dpi.

    Lower dpi = higher latency.

or skip it entirely. This is common app used for mouse tinkerers who are using G305 PCB on another mouse's body.

    Its all preference
    Some people like higher dpi

On CoD I always go with a high sensitivity because I' m used to it, and i finally found my sweet spot

Every game, every setting is preference., however, you can use other peoples tips ad tricks to get the best out of it

But like I said with DPI, its all about preference if you want to barely move your hand to move 30 times around, or have to flick the mouse 16 times across your desk to move 1 meter.. all up to you

You will have to do some research, findout what fans you have 120mm etc and then find some better quality high pressure fans you can still put 3 fans on

I'm not an expert on TKL keyboards, but from a quick search I see some popular ones are the Steelseries Apex 3 TKL, but not your choice.
Others I found are Sharkoon Purewriter TKL RGB, Logitech G413 TKL SE, Keychron C1 Wired, Razer Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless.
They all have different switches, depends on your preference too. Not all have RGB, latency you would have to check for each one. Wired is overall much less latency than wireless of course.
As for mouse I suggest the almighty Logitech G502 Hero instead. It was on 37 Euro last week, but sold out now.

Whats the differance between g102 and g203. It looks the same to me maybe its a regional naming differance. G610 (mechanical, 1ms), & G413(mechanical) s are good keyboards but doesnt have rgb.
G213 prodigy(membrane, 2ms)  has rgb but it is membrane and fullsize

G502 pricing is always changing wait for a good deal its a heavy mouse but i really love it same for the G413 Full size. G213 mixed reviews is mostly due to that being membrane and it is being available since 5-6 years without any kind of refresh so if you dont like membrane that isnt the right place.  Logitech  keeps changing price every week for non pro models so check for a good deal and logitech light sync is theoretically has less latency than wire so it isnt a bad thing to get the wireless version.
I seen g513 for around 80$ it has rgb and everything

Hyperx keyboard is good for that prize  ROCCAT Magma is membrane so if you dont like membrane it isnt going to work same as the g213 prodigy

But if you are getting low latency gear you are going to play e-sports games right so mechanical keyboards has low activation point than membrane so mechanical keyboards activates way faster than membrane it is in milliseconds so isnt the biggest deal but if you care mechanical will be better and the sound depends on the switches most of the wannabe mechanical membrane keyboards (most of the gaming membrane keyboards) are also loud

Regional differences in content is going to impact your recommendations highly.

In Canada, I'd probably say Netflix has the most well rounded catalogue - maybe followed by CraveTV (which isn't just one Studio).

Disney+ catalogue recently expanded massively due to the Fox content finally being integrated (though some stuff is still missing). Fox content got rebranded as "Star" I think?

Of course, none of this helps you, since CraveTV is Canadian only I believe, and the catalogues for the rest will be different from me to you due to licensing contracts.
