cooler: yes this will work Ram: I would say 32gb for gaming is not necessary (for now atleast) maybe you can get a kit of 2666 or 2933 16 gb and spend the other money on a better cpu or gpu (as @Mateyyy said) I don't know much about intel... so I'll let others answer

Do I recommend prebuilt pcs? depends. Prebuilts are for people who don't know much about pcs and want a streamlined process with one warranty on top to cover everything (with an increased price because of labor) alright, seems like you fit the consumer base for prebuilt pcs. If you want, I can recommend you a system and you can send the list to a local pc shop (assuming you have one) that will built it for you. Microcenter (for example) can build your pc for you and even give you recommendations.
