AMD is going to destroy Intel in 2020 with Zen 3 cpu and new gpu. I can't wait to see how this battle play out. Zen 3 are said to be on AM4 socket so I hope it does. X670 motherboard is going to be much better than X570 with the ridiculous chipset fan if I assume the X670 will not going to have the ridiculous chipset fan.

Appreciate the feedback but i went ahead and got a used Rx 570 off ebay as noted above

Asus strix model, its handled everything i tried and even hits a good 60-70 fps on the division 2 on high

Card also never goes above 70c

I needed something cheap and this thing is a beast.

I had the same problem a month ago. This fixed it for me:

You can swap the brown fan with its exact same spec Chromax version

If your current fan is the NF-F12 or NF-A15, they have those 2 fans the Chromax version which are black with additional multiple color rubber pads,
    https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/chromax

They also have some NF-F12 and NF-A14 iPPC fans which are black and high RPM.
    https://noctua.at/en/products/fan/industrial

If you need to have RGB on them, you can install the "Phanteks Halos" onto that black Noctua fans, so you can get no more ugly high performance fan with RGB on it.
    http://www.phanteks.com/HalosDigital.html

I also prefer Noctua to be black than brown as my favorite color is black, but actually the brown fans also are not a problem for me.

Here is mine with all the Chromax fan and heatsink cover,
(don't bother the outsider rear fan)

If the replacement fans' speeds and CFM are the same with the original fans then you're pretty much set for similar performance.
Well, there's the Noctua Redux series that come in gray if you wanna stay with Noctua.

No reviews. I thought Seasonic cancelled it, they showed it in Computex 2017, then there was a whole lot of nothing.

Don't buy it! Buy something that is known good. If it ends up to be an S12II rebrand (I really hope not), you've wasted money on overpriced garbage.

Probably the same shit as the S12II-Bronze, just with cheaper components and less warranty.

So its to be avioded and worse than the lowest thing Cooler Master and other brands have in their Lineup - especially since its not 10 Years old like that thing.

So condolences. Can you exchange it for something decent??
