    Look around, you might get lucky. About a year ago I did buy and sell the top end X570 boards from each manufacturer (X570 Master, Ace, Taichi, and Crosshair VIII) for $100-150, so finding them for a good price isn't impossible, and looking at B550 boards might also help get you a good option as well.

    well you better start get to unplugging If I'm honest. Just try re-seating everything and see if it works again. CPU, GPU, RAM, Power cables, etc.

    Yes, exactly.
     
    There is no legit reason why a customer should open their PSU or even have to since they aren't serviceable by the end users.

    90% its the power supply
    if a shortage is happening in there its not gonna care how heavily your using it
    if a bad thing happen. the system will become unstable and power supply will automatically shut the whole system down to prevent overvoltage or any bad electricity thing that might heart the expensive components in your rig

    Don't. Include as little as possible. Just say it broke no clue why need replacement. NEVER ever admit you tried fixing it or even clean it.
