Regardless of the standard of your purchasing decisions, you've got the machine now, you can't get the money back. I don't think there is much to be gained from asking this question. If we say it was a good decision it won't make the purchase feel better. And if we say it was a bad deal it will only fill you with regret.

They aren't scams. A free 3060 is great.

But its a 3060, depends on what you're paying for the three year old card and what else you can get for the same or less. (or only slightly more)

Try this one, about 400EUR in saving, i doubt youll need that extra 2TB so i took that out, 4 is plenty, cheaper version of the GPU by a sizeable amount and took windows out, you can buy a windows key for around 10EUR, no need to pay 115EUR for it

No. 6th gen has a BCLK exploit that allows you to overclock the non-K chips, but that was patched pretty quickly and thus not available on 7th gen chips like yours. You're pretty much stuck at stock speeds.

Dedayog got a reaction from ImWilly in Help with overclocking
You can, but it won't be worth much if anything.  A little more oomph out of a weak chip isn't enough to make it worth while, especially since you have to work to OC a non K chip.

Leave it be  and save up for new stuff.

@TheDarkLoS Cases are mostly subjective so that ones up to you, the 903 MAX has fans included and great airflow but if theres something you really like then thats always going to be the best option

Todd Howard reminds me of Elon Musk.  Overhyping your shit ,and then under delivering with excuses.

Remember the "revolutionary" graphics that Fallout 76 was supposed to have?

I hate how they release a half-assed game and rely on modders to finish it and make it "good".  They're manipulators and fraudsters these days.

You can pick literally anything you want and are entirely limited by budget. What resolution?

Decide on a budget and then figure out where you want to be based on your resolution.

Exploring worlds in Starfield is like watching the paint dry... Except there are no loading screens when waiting for the paint to dry.

Chatting with Kinda Funny, Howard said that many people have a very specific set of expectations when it comes to Bethesda's games: "We see a lot of players saying 'This is what I want out of a Bethesda game, which is to explore a world in a certain way, and Starfield didn't give me that. I prefer the way it's done in Fallout or Elder Scrolls.'"

And although Howard thinks that's "perfectly understandable," he says it's just not the experience Starfield sets out to provide. "I do think for us—particularly me—going into a science-fiction game, I want to be able to land on all the planets. I want the game to say 'Yes' to us, knowing that that content is gonna be different than you've seen from us in the past."

The Ryzen 7700 is fast enough to handle fast GPU's. I pair a RTX 4080 with my 7700x and I am having a very good time 🙂

Anyway 120mm aio's are pointless coolers as almost anything is better.

You arent at 105c thermal max which is surprising as the ml 120 is about as bad as it gets. Unless you are just playing light games.
It depends. NONE ARE MADE EQUALLY!!!!!!!

A good 360mm like an arctic liquid freezer II or III wil EASILY cool the cpu. A ml 360 like what you have will do it shittily.

Or a cheap 35$ air cooler like a thermalright peerless assasin will also MORE than do the job.

You are not hitting dangerously high temperatures so in terms of actualy performance gains you won't see a difference with a better cooler since you are not throtteling.
A better cooler should be more quiet and keep the temperatures lower however.

I had a 9900k and yes, they run hot 🙂

I'm actually in a Torrent as the bottom intakes are just too good to pass up on for GPU cooling. Totally agree though, standard setup for airflow is best.

Spending for an 8TB SSD, but not willing to go 4090?  You don't need a better monitor for the 4090, there is no dependency.  We're focused on longevity, hence the best GPU you can buy now.
