Should honestly be a non-competing agreement for mods.

@LukeSavenije @GoldenLag On LTT though mods are excluded from all giveaways which I also think is a great idea. There are a few members that sometimes do some small, "mods-exclusive" giveaways as a token of appreciation towards our team but since those giveaways are not public, no mods end up "competing" for prizes with regular users

@Morgan MLGman yeah, i remember when poet had a user short and another user asked if @Crunchy Dragon wanted it

that's the only time i saw a mod recieving something from a giveaway here

@LukeSavenije Yeah, that was an exception because it was the member that voluntarily wanted to give a prize to a mod and we saw no issues with that

@captain_to_fire no, I'm complaining because i joined a competition on tomshw with @Herman McpootisMcpootis and @GoldenLag and only mods have won at all pricepoints

wasn't a gradual buildup too, the mod that won most of the lists had all of the builds just randomly shot up at the last day to 11-12 votes

so he either got a bunch of guys to vote for him at the last second or some ballot stuffing is involved

Two moderators got mad at me at Toms and I got banned for:

They asked how I had Windows 10 64 Pro on all my machines, must be expensive, my response was - free is cheap yar matey.  They asked what I meant and I said "all safes have a crack" - the conversation leading up to that was not good, but absolutely wasn't against the rules - I was just not going to agree with the two mods because from my stance your moral beliefs don't mean ish to me lol. 

Ended up getting banned for "Openly Admitting to Pirating and stealing from Microsoft and having no shame for it" - about as personal an ending as it could be "and having no shame for it" lol

I was here for a few months and piracy came up (on how to get the software) and the discussion went pages long (I was about every other reply) about the legitimacy, and how to obtain legally and illegally the keys etc - Linus himself commented (to me to keep it civil lol) and let the conversation continue.  Knew I was in the right place.  He was right about me needing to be civil btw.

Been trying to remember to "be excellent to each other" ever since.
