  1. Just because it wasn't happening before does not mean it was stable. You have two additional variables in this situation, one being ram, 2 being a ssd. Either could be faulty or not compatible with your current config. Ram could be the more likely as most people slap them in without forethought about the ram speeds/timings/module models etc. What are the models names/numbers of the ram and ssd that is currently in your system?
  2. if you have an android device like a smart phone or tablet you can dump the installer from that onto the computer via a usb cable. Also you have not stated the result of the ipconifg /release & /renew.... You stated he plugs into a wall jack, who is providing the internet service? Is it his own? Is it at school? work?
  3. What ios revision are you on and are your ios devices managed by an MDM?
  4. Run cmd in admin, then ipconfig /release, then ipconfig /renew. If that doesn't work, try downloading the latest driver for the device from another computer then put it on a thumb drive and dump it on his computer, then install it. Also have any of the basics been checked out? (rebooting router? checking to see if other devices have internet in his home?)
  5. Before jumping into that bsod dump, has anything changed hardware wise to the system? (This includes moving or removing of components from and to the system)
  6. This is a bit of a tough one, try resetting the cmos battery. Disconnect the computer from power and pull the cmos battery out, leave it out for about a 2 minutes. Put the battery back in then connect the power cable. Try to post now...
  7. Do you have another gpu to test functionality? That gpu is extremely power hungry. We can eliminate the power variable by swapping to a smaller card...
  8. So the ryzen 5 3600 REQUIRES a dedicated gpu for output video, could possibly be a dead gpu, have you double checked the power connections for your gpu? also wait YOU HAVE A 3070? next guess... bigger psu, no doubt
  9. What cpu, also first error code is a gpu error, cant find info on the second one...
  10. Here are the steps written out 1.Disconnect your computer from the internet 2. Go to Settings>update & security>activation>change product key 3. Enter the product key from the website 4. Let it do the upgrade 5. Do step 2 again 6. Connect your computer to the internet 7. Enter YOUR product key 8.*smacks car* profit!
  11. i got you https://dreich.net/upgrading-from-windows-10-home-to-pro Follow the steps in this then when it prompts for the new product key put that sucker in and you should be good to go
