Never tighten CPU cooler screws too tightly, if there is too much pressure on the cpu the pins could bend. Ideally there should be contact but close to no pressure. 

for removing avast,
 
first remove it from your program list with the normal uninstaller,
then download their removal tool from their site and let that clean a bit more

after everything you tried... did you remove your ram and reseat it? (maybe different slots)
and is the cpu itself correctly socketed (meaning is it connecting with all the pins correctly, maybe the screws are not tight enough)
 
AMD is kinda picky with ram choice, i do not know if your ram is supported or not. but that is also a possibility (if available you could try an other stick before reseating the cpu itself)

i do have a camera and a phone just did not care about competition only curing these diseases my dad had lung cancer he died when i was 17

just a random question, but don't you or a friend have some kind of phone with camera? that is what i used.

I'm way too tired, jet lagged, and sleep-deprived to formulate my thoughts into something cohesive and I'll probably comment later on about something more in depth; but till then- seeing Linus, Luke, Brandon, and the rest of the team was... surreal to say the least; I've been following the crew since close to a decade and was literally starstruck- jaw dropped, grinning like an idiot unable to believe the people that have shaped most of my adult life, personal growth, education, and professional work- being right in front of me as I walked in the convention center today; and it was only several hours into the event that I normalized myself to be able to hold a conversation with Colton and Dennis and thank Linus after it was all over for the impact he's had on me and what its meant in terms of shaping my life. In truth, seeing the team in person was well worth the price of admission and countless hours of travel, and in truth- I just want to say, thank you; thank you for hosting this event and giving me the opportunity to meet you folks. I really appreciate it, and will probably try making myself halfway around the world again for the next LTX!

they were sold out when after i watched the youtube video that i got a notice of from youtube on last friday,
but you are right. now that i am a "forum member" i saw the forum post with the ticketlink 3day's earlier. 
 
apart from that, now that i am a forum member i will get a delidded next year, and make it a vacation, i tried to do that for this year with "just" the overclocked ticket but than i needed to "clean-out" my bank account... so i made the choice to (regrettingly)  skip this year and save a few more bucks to attend next year with delidded and make it a proper vacation.

soooo.... delidded is already sold out but can i get the "overclocked" and the tour of the office?

but for example get a tour the day after at the 15, for let's say 100cad. groups of 20 people and 10tours in a day.... a lot of people will be very pleased (like me)
because the flight alone (from the netherlands) will cost me over 1000 euro's... so i'm calculating if it is worth it, just the 1day event not really to be honest.. i'm looking to make it a "vacation" of 7 day's or something, than it could be worth it.

I'll be more attentive next year for LTX. I've always been of fan of LMG and constantly watching videos. It makes me want to visit or work for them... But yea, having dinner with the crew and hanging out at the HQ is a lot better. Gives my life more meaning lol.
