  1. Some boards have AMPED audio ports. My 4th gen 4790k in my MSIGaming 7 z97a board and it had AMP audio ports. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450-A-PRO-MAX Suss the AUDIO sections.
  2. You should consult your nearest oracle... I'm not the One.
  3. Whats ram usage like while doing all that? COD can use a decent chunk of 16GB, and with all the apps there and background swapped data you can't see... Could be swapping data to disk and causing stutters based on background activities (running apps not doing "anything" still have things going on internally) if you play those games WITHOUT all that background tasking what happens?
  4. You don't, you buy an additive to add to the fuel you throw in for older cars these days... (I'm not a car guy I just heard this on the internet so it must be true)
  5. Some 350 series just cant do it. Ryzen1 boards are not all created equal, some have real issues getting to or past 3200Mhz. Can you set XMP, THEN before leaving the bios, switch the speed to 2933 and try that, or nonXMP 2933Mhz and see if that works, if it does, try 3200, and so on.. The board will have a limit... don't ride it, if it boots 3200, not 3400, but 3200 still is unstable over time, it might be 3000 is the best the board can do.
  6. If you were loading up the GPU with a target of 60fps and best settings no matter what, it would hold up better than a HighFPS Multiplayer Competative (trying to hold minfps as high as possible) 144Hz will be more of a CPU load and core count sucking scenario as drawcalls will need updating much faster per second. You could also grab a better binned faster kit of RAM in a CPU bounded scenario vs any GPU bound gaming scenario, or.. just ovetclock or tune whatever you get for a small bump to min/avg fps values when games push the subsystem at lower details highfps sections. Some people buy 144hz and want 140fps minimum, some buy 144hz and setup according to 100-144fps, it really depends on the kind of tweaker you are. There are so many people here who will throw you a balanced build based off your specific needs. Best of luck nailing down your custom beast.
  7. You really shouldn't be comparing Intel based results to your System in Warzone..WZ is RAM sensitive, and scales Some YTers also use GPU capture, some use Capture Cards and those two differ alone... Comparing systems isnt cookie cutter done and done. Ryzen alone has a latency wall at 50ns or so.. Intel can go down much lower and changes the whole way of looking at it. (for WZ) Infinity Fabric,Ram Speed, Timings, QUALITY, motherboard quirks or not, ram quirks when overclocked. Alternative voltage types and settings... game configurations people LOVE messing with. Many factors go into it. You gotta find out your lowest hanging fruit, i yourbsystem and improve it if it bothers you.
  8. Warzone Higher FPS = Higher CPU usages, like most games. Warzone WILL use lots of cores and threads. You would also have less usage without multiple tasks running behind the game.
  9. My R9 370 Bottlenecks my i9 10850K when playing 99% of Games. Minesweeper,....Bottlenecks my R9 370 capabilities. My Gaming PC..... Bottlenecks Windows10 when it's turned off. As always.. the answer is it varies, because the question is too open ended and generic. What games do you play? Outside of CPU/GPU, What individual specs/parts is your system made up from..?
  10. 3200C14 XMP (Most YT'ers advice)

  12. https://www.pccasegear.com/products/6742/coolermaster-cosmos-s The Year 2008, Can take dual 360mm radiators. I removed all the bottom front accessories and added a 3 fan RGB combo setup + control box for front intakes. I also don't mind the CM Storm Scout series but it's MidTower. https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/legacy-products/cases/scout/ https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/legacy-products/cases/scout-2/
  13. So... you re-enable it after a flash/bios update (which to be honest, how often do you do this?) If you know Win11 requires a TPM, and enable it, and it works..... then Windows stops working, your memory should serve you well here.
  14. 4200 C17 17 17 is 100% stable in every app/game//scenario I throw them in.

4400 17 18 18 needed some voltage, and some higher VCCSA (Intel) to get 100% stable.

4533 17 18 18 boots, passes apptesting and stability in those apps, but now to test HighFPS Games (Doom 200FPS+, Warzone 200FPS+, Fortnite 200FPS+) where CPU/RAM subsystems will push these stable or unstable.

  15. MINFPS, Lower details, Not for GPUBound type users but CPUBound users.

  16. My Post was fixed as you posted this. Full Reinstall is WAY overkill and drastic AF... a bit early.
  17. I'd be running DDU (DisplayDriverUninstaller) then retry. https://www.wagnardsoft.com/ https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-200-series/amd-radeon-r9-280x
  18. Starters.. plenty more info to be given but here is a quick and dirty. PC will only ever use what it uses.. a 700w unit is not pulling 700w live,.. Using software to monitor particular parts and seeing.. CPU power or GPU power... CPU Power, is for CPU only. GPU Power, is for GPU only. You'll get more examples as replies shortly I'm sure,..
  19. 100Mhz wont make a LICK of difference really. Delta between results will be barely noticible unless low settings lower res gaming and even then its going to be tiny. Beyond using BCLK or even Tighter timed Ram, there wont be a noticible difference in my opinion because your mostly GPU bound at the settings youd be using on a 1070. Games that a specifically notoriously bad on a HDD will improve on an SSD, but only if thats the actual cause of the dips, not the Ram bandwidth/timings or CPU thread loads..
  20. Ebay and various outlets do sell used cooler only parts. Youd have to make sure it fits the mointing holes if it isn't another 1060FE cooler.
  21. 1.2x 4K + RT + Interlaced Reconstruction

    4600x2600p 75Hz VRR & RTX2080TI

  22. Well the GPU is delivering its 200-220w of output into your case... The case itself shouldn't play much of a factor to you if you case fans are good enough. Your CPU is below 75*c.
  23. Mess with brightness or gamma either on panel or games.. gamma, contrast or brightness may be too high or something..
