  1. gonna try this if need be, might be good for the 24 pin one, thanks
  2. worked abit before, tried it again, not expecting it to change, but it looks way better already
  3. Dk if this is the right board, sorry if not. Gonna rebuild my PC this weekend and got some Cable Mod cables for it. Thing is that they are weirdly bent and misshapen from being in the packaging for such a long time and some bending, even forcefully straightening them with weights overnight didnt fix it. Looks kinda weird and would be nicer if it wasnt there Any recommendations?
  4. Yeah, I really dont know either. Might look into it eventually, i am using older monitors so maybe thats why
  5. Yep, that has fixed it, New to Nvidia cards, very useful to know. Why isnt this standard?
  6. As you can see, the right display displays a deep and rich black, same with the colors. Both are connected to an RTX 2070, one via HDMI (right), the other one with DisplayPort (left). The fade hasnt occured before, when they were both plugged in via HDMI. It isnt a monitor setting issue and I just want to know what could cause this huge disparity in color richness and contrast (i think)
  7. Alright, lovely to know. I havent seen any on my new RTX 2070 from asus but its not a strix card.
  8. That does make sense. Is this standard for all GPUs or just some?
  9. Inspected my RX 480 before selling it soon and noticed these two unused 4 pin headers. Are they intended for fans or for a special monitoring hardware or anything else?
  10. Alright, found both the culprit and the solution for this problem. This Card uses the Micron memory chips, that were notorious for Memory Degredation. Underclocking the Memory by 500 MHz completely fixed the issue and i have a totally fine RTX 2070 for 350 bucks.
  11. Would stay modern with that and go with either a 3060ti or a 6600xt if you wanna stay AMD. More than enough for those games while probably rarely ever being bottlenecked by the CPU you are using.
  12. Alright, tried it and it worked just fine to my suprise. Even though it would have been the next step i would have taken, still thanks for the recommendation. This card should last a bit longer now, even with Microns Memory degredation on these cards
  13. Havent tried that yet, since i have only had problems with using 2 OC softwares simultaneously, will give it a try rq
  14. I can slide the Memory speed slider down and click apply, but then it just defaults back the the 14002 that it was at without change. Same with the GPU clock
  15. I most certainly know what I am getting my hands on. I will try a variety of solutions and will just hope more than anything else that something will work, cause this would be a bargain for 350
