  1. 300HP in a tiny car like the Paseo would be insane; my uncle tuned his '93 Toyota MR2 to 300HP and the acceleration was ridiculous even though the MR2 weighs 700 pounds more than the Paseo. He actually just put a 500HP 3S-GTE in his MR2, making it even more of a death trap lol
  2. Heh. "Basic" Sounds like you need to drive a Paseo and experience it for yourself.
  3. Sad to see my Paseo go, but I finally sold it today for 1500 dollars. It was an amazingly fun car to drive with all 100 of its supercar-destroying horsepower and we had plans to turn it into a track car, but now I have my Corolla which could be just as capable someday.
  4. A tree branch fell on the Corolla last night, left a pretty sizeable dent...
  5. I think you should definitely consider a Ryzen CPU from AMD, as they are an amazing value. I have a Ryzen 5 1600 and its underutilized in every game I play, even with a good graphics card. A good upgrade might be one of the six-core Ryzen CPUs like the 2600 or the new 3600 paired with a good B450 or B550 motherboard. The B-series motherboards are capable of overclocking, but the CPUs are plenty fast at stock speeds and run super cool compared to some of the Intel CPUs like the 9900k. AMD's stock cooler that comes with Ryzen 5 CPUs is pretty darn good as well; it was relatively quiet and had absolutely no thermal throttling when I used it.
  6. It is possible to get filters for ITBs, not sure how restrictive they are in terms of air flow though.
  7. Got a new sticker for the Corolla the other day, and I think it looks pretty neat. I doubt I'll get any more stickers tho because I don't want to overdo it and make the car look obnoxious.
  8. So far we've been driving for 14 hours, and tomorrow we're going to cross the border into Canada and make our way to Nova Scotia. This tiny car (me mum's 2016 Scion iA w/ 6spd manual) isn't the most comfortable and it's 106HP engine has absolutely no power below about 3500rpm, but getting 50+mpg on the highway is pretty awesome. I think right now we've only spent about 50 dollars on gas to go halfway up the east coast.
  9. You don't have to spend tons of money to make a car look good

    Help identifying a fruit/tree

That's some sort of peach tree, I've got the exact same in my yard. The fruit never seems to get larger than 1 and a half inches in diameter though.
  11. Repainted the roof of the Corolla yesterday, and now it looks great! All I need now is some clear coat to fix the trunk and doors.
  12. Something seems off about that Miata...
  13. What do you guys think of how the Corolla sounds? The engine and exhaust are completely stock, but I was thinking about getting a new muffler, maybe a Magnaflow one.
