Dunkan77, I have two things to say. Firstly, don't put all this guilt on yourself, man. I seriously doubt you're the one causing your friends self-harm/suicidal thoughts, so just put that out of your mind. It sounds to me like you're a good friend. The second thing I'd like to say is that you should talk to your school counselor (assuming you're in school) to get advice from a professional, and watch this youtube channel. If you can get past the incessant perkiness of her videos, there is some excellent information and advice on just these sorts of issues. Oh and three, I would strongly advise against going directly to their parents and telling them the situation. Your friend might see it as a violation of trust and it could backfire in a big way.

I don't know what happened to GTA V but I reinstalled it recently and it's a mess. I can't seem to run it fullscreen, it only runs in a window even when I have it set to run fullscreen. All I know is it used to run flawlessly and now it doesn't. You might just want to wait for a patch.

My favorite looking consoles in no particular order are: 1) The Fat PS2 2) Version 2 Sega Genesis/MegaDrive 3) Sega Saturn 4) Atari 2600 (the one with the wood grain) 5) The purple Gamecube

Aside from steam I use GOG which is great if retro PC gaming is more your thing. I also use Origin which is mostly just for EA crap but they do give away free games which is really cool. I also use Uplay for the occasional Ubisoft game but avoid it if possible, it sucks donkey dicks.
