@Ashiellayea i know but why. i know that you can make a vm for another person to play with you but he doesn't know he just opened 2 games in windows which is stupid. why would you say your pc is good because of that he has 1 mouse and keyboard and even if he connected a 2nd pair windows would just treat them as 1.
