I've already done some research, and I'm pairing that same cpu with an RX460.  I will get basically zero bottleneck so you should be fine with the 1060

It may on more CPU intensive games, but I don't see it doing it by that much.

don't forget that mods for skyrim can make the game look as good as the remastered edition (or so i think)

 
i think it depends on what kind of videogames you really like and prefer over the other,skyrim is tons of fun but some people hated the game once they saw it, i believe it's because they don't like RPG games that much

borderlands 2 is awesome if you can find people to play with (especially friends to play with on local lan) 

bioshock  sounds promising, i only played bioshock 1 and i enjoyed it much

mordor is just epic
 
metro requires a damn beast machine to run,i never saw it run at 30 fps on either of my brothers' laptops so if you're going metro make sure that your pc can handle the game
 
i believe all assassin's creed games are awesome, and black flag had good reviews

outlast is a horror game that you don't get to kill stuff in, do you really want that?,idk maybe other people liked it  

saints row has some fun moments also it has local lan on both 3 and 4 , saints row 4 feels like a DLC for saints row 3 but i had fun with it too

these are the my favorite games of your list,just because the game is grand and earned game of the year awards doesn't mean you will like it, if you like the type of the game, then go for it
 
damn i forgot about dishonored, the game is epic, and discounts are a good way to prepare you for dishonored 2

that doesn't mean the other games are bad, it's just my personal preference, plus i haven't play all the games you listed

also steam has discounts on DOOM, CS:GO,GTA V,Just cause 3 these stuff are good, i think the only one of them that in the range of the discounts in your country is CS:GO its for 8$ i think

AC Black Flag is the best one in your list, OP, IMO.
Also, Max Payne 3 is a really great action game, better than Ryse Son of Rome.
Sleeping Dogs is a really good GTA-like game, much better than Saints Row 3 & 4 (IMO).
Skyrim is OK, it's beautiful, but the quest design and writing isn't all that great. Still, you can get a lot of fun out of the game.
 
I recommend AC Black Flag, Max Payne 3, Sleeping Dogs, Skyrim, and Payday 2. Also, Bioshock Infinite over Bioshock 2.

Yes it will be better. The RX 470 is suppsed to be GTX 970 or so performance, so I would not be surprised if the RX 460 beats the GTX 950 in performance and comes close to GTX 960

Rx 460? Performance seems to be at gtx 960/r9 380 level, even if it doesn't do as well, it'll probably be at gtx 950 level.

Only if crossfire  is properly optimised. 

eh the 2700 is still ok, even if it bottlenecks you will still get better performance you might just not get 100% of the new GPU

Thats fine, You can run every single AAA game on the market with that, just not at highest settings

Arkham Knight is actually quite fun, im playing it now, seems to run just as well as the previous games

I'd consider the half life series, but would definitely say to not get too caught up in all the hl3 rubbish. It's coming. End of.

There will be a slight bottleneck but it'll mostly depend on the game you play. Honestly you probably need the upgrade the CPU. That CPU is barely going to be able to handle newer titles. It'll be fine in GTA with a GPU but if you're looking to play the newer Assassins Creed games and other games like it then your CPU is not going to cut it at all. If your motherboard will support it, which I don't see why it wouldn't, you need to try and find an i5 2500 or i7 2600 used somewhere. They'll allow you to play newer games with ease until you're able to upgrade your system or build a new system completely.

yup, and with those processors you can use pretty good gpus (luke even has 2x980 with a 2500k)

2 RX 480's in crossfire for 500 bucks deliver higher FPS than GTX 1080 and only 50% GPU used, he mentioned that drivers will be worked for dual 480 solutions, this is big news considering how usually drivers are their after thought.
