Noctua A14 is just worse than cheap Arctic p14. Silent wings 4 should be a lot better but that case has that common and stupid fan bracket that obstructs airflow more for 140mm fans than for 120mm ones. So Phanteks t30 3-pack or Deepcool fk120 3-pack is what I would get.

Yes it only comes with 2 fans so I cannot avoid the exhaust fan. To tell you the truth the reviews regarding the noise of the fans made me think about replacing them. I haven't actually listened to them but I can do that right away at the shop I m buying it so I need to have alternatives so I can buy the new fans right away if I don't like the stock ones.

All correct.
But the chance of needing to set manually is near zero.
You may need to just check the pull down to USE XMP....then it will without doubt read and use those settings.

I don't actually have any "normal" sized Noctuas (unless you count 40x20's lol), but I have to imagine they'd be fairly close. Where you don't have nearly the obstruction as I do they'd be even closer since the SW4 are certainly more of an airflow fan as opposed to pressure.
 
For the T30's though, the Phanteks employee didn't give a specific date, only that we were looking at 2023 instead of 2022 or 2024. I'm really hoping for Q2 or Q3 but I have my doubts.

The problem with the specific fans, according to reviews, is that they are quiet in idle but get noise very very quickly so even with a custom fan curve I won't have too much headroom. I will have to keep them around 1000 rpm max which will dropped their performance by a lot.
 
I will have the change to listen to them at the shop but If the reviews are not exaggerating I will have to change them.
 
Due to the front design there is no soundproofing. According to reviews though that only makes the case just a bit louder. In idle is whisper quiet but when those fans go above 1000 rpm they generate a lot more noise than normal. They do say that replacing the fans can solve this

Ha, I know what you mean, I just wish the pandemic waited for me to get my system first 😛 My speakers will be custom made by a really good speaker maker in my country and they will be perfectly matched, this is the only reason I went straight for a 5.1.4 system.
 
I might be in his footsteps but not in his wallet unfortunately 😄  Watching him rehearsing excuses during the wan show to get the wife approval and justify his decision to buy the wall reminds me of me when I am trying to explain to my friends and relatives why I need a behemoth TV  and extra speakers over the surround speakers. He knows it's an over the top purchase,, he knows it's expensive beyond reason, he knows he will be buying a new technology which is on its first steps with all the problems that might come with it (something he is constantly advising us to avoid) but he still doesn't care, and neither would I If I could afford it 😄 Massive screen, Ultra blacks, brightness comparable to a small sun, no burn in and suddenly we lose our self control and become mindless consumers 🤑
