Anti-vaxxers are stupid for two reasons:

1. They think that vaccines are bad.

2. THEY LITERALLY ARE VACCINATED.

They probably blame their autism on vaccines.

@PCGuy_5960 For real, autistic savants are a better representation of autism than the "stupid" stereotype.  Their brains physically sacrifice part of the region that deals with social skills to strengthen other regions.

Autism is also a spectrum.  Engineers fall on the low end of this spectrum, but are not autistic.  Why?  Rather than being socially deficient, their brains simply have different connections compared to those who aren't engineers.  Engineers can have good social skills despite having unorthodox logic behind these skills.
