I turn 16 this year. I'm on a 700-900 dollar setup. I made the money from cutting lawns all damn summer.
Save for a car, SAVE FOR A CAR, SAVE FOR GAS, SAVE FOR A CAR AND GAS, and spend your money however you want. If you can afford a 3k build, go for it.

Like normal Samdb has provided the most viable answer really, you system is very old and it would be more beneficial to build/buy an entirely new system.

Fire in China DDR4 won't be mainstream for a while, so there won't be any price cuts on DDR3 until that happens.

You are not buying armor. Aimpunch causes your screen to shake when you are shot unless you buy body armor. In most of the casual game modes they buy body armor automatically for you. $650 for body armor and $1000 for armor+helmet.

If anything for Dubbed animes this has to be one of my top favourites which should be watched by all "The Castle of Cagliostro" this manga on my vhs tape was the ultimate funny story.

Yeah I definitely recommend the HTC One when coming over to the android camp. 
Its just a solidly built device that has a premium feel that most plastic androids can't compare to. The aluminum finish really gives it that "iPhone" feel.
