I'm doing great, thanks. What about you?

  1. Hope you're enjoying Canada so far!

  2. Oh, I did some research before getting the monitor. $400 for a 34" IPS LG Ultrawide is pretty good. Thanks a lot! Yeah, been doing a lot of it lately, thanks for the tip.
  3. So, I've moved in already, been here for about 10 days now. Got myself a nice Ultrawide LG monitor on Best Buy and a 600W Deepcool PSU on Canada Computers. I actually managed to fit my monstruous Cougar Challenger case on my luggage with some effort, and it arrived in perfect condition. Also, I'm having a great time so far.
  4. Any mechanical keyboard with Cherry MX or Cherry MX-like switches will be compatible with those. So yeah, they will fit the Blackwidow.
  5. So, NCIX's the place to go? Good prices, variety..? A physical store do is a good idea so I can get the system up and running asap.
  6. Hi there, everyone. So, I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. But, should everything go as intended, on late August/early September this year I'll be moving to Toronto - ON to attend college for Game Development & Design. With some effort and smart reselling, I was able to build myself quite a nice rig (Ryzen 7 1700, GTX 1070, 8GBs of DDR4...) and I'll take it with me to Toronto. My plan is to take the parts with me on the plane in a backpack or something(don't wanna risk dispatching it, would rather dispatch my clothes and stuff), leaving the bulkiest stuff(case, monitor and maybe the power supply) behind in Brazil. Upon arrival, I'll have to get myself a new case, new monitor and possibly a power supply then. So, the question is: where do you/should I buy PC stuff? Should I just order it online, or there are good physical stores I can get these things? The city will be entirely new to me, so I would really appreciate if y'all can help me by informing that. I'd like to plan ahead so I don't have to stay too long without my PC working. Thanks in advance!
  7. Mineral oil rig with Titan XP, a nice i7 and only SSDs for storage. Three monitors, maybe with one of them being 21:9. And an HTC Vive.
  8. Razer will be my last option: their bootlegs seem just like the originals on the pictures, and online listings are crawling with those here in Brazil due to the popularity of the brand. The CM seems like a nice option, though!
  9. My GPU(a R9 380) was cheaper than that mouse The search continues then, but, worst case scenario I get a left-handed one(better for when I use when drawing because I'm mostly right-handed).
  10. I hope you're wrong... But that would explain why I wasn't finding any The Hades sorta has, with its interchangeable grip pieces.
  11. Hey there. My mouse(a Gamdias Hades) started giving double clicks with the left button after a little over 1 million clicks, and therefore I need to replace it. I'm not going to get another Gamdias since the Hades' advertised life cycle was of 10 million clicks per key, and their support isn't available in my country for me to complain about it or anything like that. I'm looking for one with these specifications: - Ambidextrous, since I can use the mouse with both hands at different situations; - At least 3000 DPI, because I like it quick; - DPI-changing key; - Relatively low price. Wired or wireless, I don't care. After the fiasco that this mouse's life cycle was, I would prefer it to be from a more trusted brand. So, can you please suggest me any models? Thanks in advance.
  12. My keyboard is a sketchy chinese "semi-mechanical keyboard". My mouse is a Gamdias Hades, and my headset is a Turtlebeach PX22.
  13. It didn't work with the other motherboard, so clearing the CMOS won't do a thing. I tried with another PSU but didn't work either. Is there anything else I can do?
