I used some Duplicolor Vinyl and Fabric spray paint, it's for like dashboards and stuff but it works well since it applies on really thin

EVGA should have this as an option when u get one of there cards because this looks AMAZING.

Wouldn't it have been easier just to get an MSI card?

There are still some blue accents I do not like, but the actual paint job is great!

I highly suggest Plasti-Dip. If you didn't watch it before, Linus had a video where he used Plasti-Dip to paint RAM and part of a few GPU's. May be worth checking out so you can get an idea on how it works.

Normal spray paint is fine no need for high temp paint, but be sure to sand and prime before painting.
 
However plasti-dip is the best solution since it requires no sanding or prep. all it needs is to be cleaned before spraying, and as Oshino Shinobu said it's a removable rubber coating. Plasti-dip is temp resistant to 100C so you should have no issues at all, just be sure to remove the shroud and clean well before spraying.

Use Plastidip. You can remove it if it turns out bad. 

Nice! I'm wanting to paint my gpu but I'm a little nervous about taking it apart.

So I spent all of Saturday moving my build to my new H440 case. ( I will have pics of this soon)
 
As part of this I painted my GPU's to better match my "theme". Unfortunately PC isn't actually working (think the PSU is busted) but that is another matter.
 
Anyway.... I just thought id share the before/after pics of the my GPU and see what you think. Its the first time i have ever done anything like this..

That's REALLY pushing the budget though. The previously recommended Benq XL2411Z is honestly a better buy overall you're only really missing the G-Sync.

Support: I own two of them, they are very close to the same performance, but the 970s use less power, run cooler, and are still cheaper.
And EVGA would be my recommendation.
