    I had a few people with FTW cards blow my 980Ti Classys O'C out of the water while my card was literally under water. The Silicon lottery for you.

    Yeah I see. Finally looked at my water block and seen it was made the same way in that area. For some reason I thought they left more room there.

    Hopefully they get one made that fits. It would suck for those that SLI to have to use the ugly flexible bridges. Snipped!!! But I really like the card. Finally have something other than a card from Evga to consider.

    The only downside is that the new HB SLI bridge can't be used. Would of thought they would of milled some extra material off that area.

    Just curious what bios is the board running? If setting the memory timings manually doesn't work check the bios version.

    For watercooling? Evga. They will let you put the blocks back on and RMA a card if needed. Asus and Msi would blow a gasket as soon as you say "Well I put this block on it."

    I really want to build an all Amd build but won't until Zen comes out. My first gaming pc was all Amd back in 01' can't wait to see what Zen actually does.

    But I'm not sure I like where this is going. It's like Nvidia are saying if you want the performance be ready to pay $650+ and if you can't afford it buy Amd.

    But the one thing you have to remember is that Evga beats them all when it comes down to the warranty for us water coolers. I don't see Msi, Asus, Gigabyte, or the rest letting us remove the cooler slap a block on it and then return it if something ends up going wrong.

    Is your board a Gigabyte by chance? Edit: Nvm just checked your profile. I had the same thing happen with fan headers on a Gigabyte board.
