@Silver If I'm not mistaken, I've read in another topic a member had a similar issue and he left his PC on before going to sleep (stacked on that specific Windows loading image) and the morning the installation was complete. I think that for some weird reason Windows takes lot of time to get pass that point and even though that your PC seems stacked there it just isn't. Also try using another USB stick for your installation (different brand).

Set the ram at default speed (no XMP), single stick.
Don't fiddle with DRAM calculator, no use, it should work at 2133mhz if not, there's a problem with the parts especially the motherboard.

Try installing the latest bios firmware.

I think it's probably worth experimenting. I'd move the second monitor to the 1080 and see if that helps. If it does, you're good. Though, to be honest, I'm not really sure why you'd want to have the 560 in there. They're not running in SLI, so it's not adding any performance or anything. And if you want something for just super light usage (like being on the desktop), your iGPU has that handled.
If you're really set on keeping the 560 in, I'm pretty sure the 1080 can handle Netflix and gaming at the same time, but I feel like all the 560 is doing at the moment is adding to your power bill.

I just tested one of Linus' Techquicky videos on my mother when trying to talk her through the task of Disk De-fragmentation...and It worked, for context, I just recently had to explain how to drag a tab from google chrome onto her desktop so that she could have it minimized separate from the other tabs, and to give you an idea of how difficult that is to do over the phone, during this possess she asked:
"whats a desktop?"
"It's the place with your wallpaper" I replied
"what's a wallpaper?" she asked
*Facepalm*
to talk her through that simple task took about 30 minutes. So thank you Techquicky, you made it possible to explain to her the what and whys so that I could focus on the how, cut my work load down to 5-10 minutes.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be... Though the voices in my head started screaming about halfway through, so that was annoying.

Not gonna lie, that power supply made me cringe a bit... But it's overall a really great low-budget build.

Kind of this. The Airport Extreme seems to have a lot of features at a pretty reasonable price. HOWEVER, if you want a really great, customizable router out of the box, then the Buffalo N600 is a pretty good deal. It's what I have and while I'd prefer stock DDWRT, their version is pretty great.
I know you're looking for a modem/router, but honestly I would go with a separate modem and a separate router. The less jobs one thing is doing, the better. See what modems your ISP plays well with, get one of those, and hook it up to your brand new router.
Another option, which is more 1337, is to get some old computer parts and make your own router that has PFSense on it. But that's pretty advanced, and probably far more than what you need.

People choose what works for them. To overly care that "UUUUUUURRRGHH, THEY MADE THE WRONG CHOICE" in itself is incorrect. I bought a Mac as a general use machine. People would tell me that I should have just bought a cheaper desktop from some other brand, but not everything is about them.
 
To make it short, let people have their opinions so long as they cause no harm to others. You're not going to die because someone bought a Mac.
