    Well of Google Fiber if you do get fiber they are waving the install fee for the "pre-orders" I think only have to pay the install fee if you are getting the "Free Internet" you can the $300 OR like $25 a month for 12 monthes and then get free Internet for at least 7 years

    Google chrome, Skype everything else is on a separate drive so I dont install it dont even have an Anti-virus right now

    This is also do to a RAM shortage companies are devoting more and more RAM production to Smartphone RAM and what not and I think I remember Linus saying that Samsung  sold more RAM then they could produce so there for creating a shortage of some type driving price up.

    Just because it says it needs 8GB doesn't mean it uses 8GB. it probable takes into account that you are going to have a few background programs up. Like Skype. The Most I have ever used was 5GB yesterday. Had WOW up, like 8 Tabs on Google Crome, Skype, and another game open it it was sitting around 5Gbs but if you are using a lot of programs you might need more like 16Gbs

    Come on guys I said I have to buy the phone out right and being in college means I dont have tones to spend on the phone I'm looking to spend <$150 (that means less-than)

    You could try something like Memtest86+ and do 24h test. Also make sure you Ram is in all the way in, might be something simple as lose RAM if you move your computer and it crashes.

    I think it might be a memory. Have you tried running a memory test of some type? Maybe if you have some extra ram laying around try replacing it or if you dont have extra ram try taking a stick out. Had the same problem with my little brother's machine it would just randomly freeze and need a restart ended up being a bad stick of RAM.
