Muatez reacted to 19_blackie_73 in 7 Gamers, 1 CPU - Ultimate Virtualized Gaming Build Log
the only thing missing is what the temps say (even if there are some faulty sensors, the cards will not vary much so if one card says 70°C the others will be in that range too). CPU temps would be also nice to know. But nice project @LinusTech

For those saying that is fake another source and not only at 4k, even at 1440p.

1st. Ask for HD Tune screenshot & do the error scan.
2nd. Ask for warranty cover, if he doesn't know ask for serial number and check it online
http://wdsupport.wdc.com/warranty/warrantycheck.asp?custtype=end
if it still have warranty you might want to know local distributor of that drive
if it's have no warranty, then you might reconsider the price that he ask before both of you agreed.
and you done.

Muatez reacted to Shaqo_Wyn in NZXT H440 Rads options
A case that allows you to achieve the desired total rad space throw another rad combination. For example an Enthoo Luxe with a 360 or 420 Alphacool UT60 in the top and a 240 in the front.
The Corsair 540 is a good option too.

If he have maximus vii formula, that mobo doesnt support 4way sli, and also watch to dont mix coper and aluminum. And if he have extreme cpu you need to buy another mobo.
Or if he have sth10 if you put 4x480 you dont have where to put psu. Mybe it would be smarter to use two 560 in bottom for gpu even if it is overkill and at top one 560 for cpu which is also total overkill and also mount psu at top. With this setup you will use full potential of this case. If you go with 560 change fans to 140mm, which noctua have.
I think this video will help you, just ignore 2 psu, buy one strong enough and ignore rigid tubing, watch video maybe it will give you some ideas to work with.

Muatez reacted to airdeano in Best case for water cooling?
that's been the holy grail so far is to comfortably have a 360x 60 and 240x 60
SLI/CFX case or 2x 360 option. some have been close, but always a hiccup.
case mannies still include the ODD for design which could be used for a great
amount of rad cooling, but the water cooling isn't top priority.
only thing is buying big cases and changing size allocation makes it tough to
get rid of (primo, 900D, SM8) without losing your shirt on shipping and base
cost. tough to sell s'mptin' for less than half of your cost is not an experience.

Muatez reacted to airdeano in Best case for water cooling?
dual 360 anything is tough and not available in mass-manufacturing without sacrifice.
only thing that is close is the rosewill rise, but i am scared it'll be too flimsy and
not worth the experience, though i could be wrong.
well based on USD currency and availability, the enthoo pro is good for
360x 45 roof and 240/280x XX (with mod) in the front intake.
H440 is good for a 240/280x 30 in the roof and a 360x XX in the front intake.
450D is 360x 30 in the roof and 240/280x XX front intake.
750D is like the enthoo pro, but smaller.
enthoo primo/900D just big cases

I know but cost a lot, and i need reasonable solution.
All of those cases are 20+kg and expensive shipping.
I found a CM stacker for 2x360 even if you but te 915 at bottom you can mount at top another 360 and 240 in front ( which is overkill) all that for like 150 what you think is it good. I will research more tommorow.
Thank you, you helped me a lot.

Muatez reacted to ForsakenLive in Phobya watercooling kit
That's a pretty good pump too, It's from Laing as well as the D5 is. This one is actually pretty powerful too! You won't even need to run it on a higher setting, even with a extra couple rads.
There seems to be a lot of savings on these kits, usually on US websites like FrozenCPU, getting the set, or the same parts separately has almost the same price. So go for it! Change as you upgrade.

Muatez got a reaction from ForsakenLive in Phobya watercooling kit
Yesterday i was litle tired so today i done what you told me, and picking the same parts by myself would cost me 235e ( with smaller and cheaper res) for kit that they are selling for 175e, then with d5 pump would cost me 265 or 290 depending on pump ( 265 for without fittings you just put tube on it and it is plastic, 290 for pump where you can put fittings).
Maybe would be best later on selling that pump and those parts wuold cost me like 150e and just buy alphacool vpp655 pwm and would cost me 240e instead 290e. What you think?
Thank you for answering. All of you helped me to decide to buy Phobya, it looks like it is good brand.

Muatez reacted to airdeano in Phobya watercooling kit
phobya is pretty good for water cooling parts. the g-changer radiators are
very good. their reservoirs are a bit iffy. that pump is fine for a CPU only loop,
so if you are considering adding a GPU later, you'll have to swap the pump
as well, later. a D5 or DDC pump for CPU/GPU loop. for a CPU only loop,
360 radiator is far overkill, as a 240 will do the job without breaking the budget.

Muatez reacted to ForsakenLive in Phobya watercooling kit
They components are pretty good. You could as well pick the exact same parts on your shopping cart with a different tubbing, it costs the same and you know things are going to be compatible, just don't forget to purchase all the parts the kit has.
Also, consider stepping up to a higher end kit like the Alphacool d5/st http://www.aquatuning.de/wasserkuehlung/sets-und-systeme/interne-sets/17481/alphacool-nexxxos-cool-answer-240-d5/st-set?c=245 It has a D5 pump which are pretty quiet yet powerful, great if you want to add more blocks and radiators to the loop. Fans are better on this kit.

I'm not a fan of the bay res either, they are good and functional, but not aesthetically pleasing IMO.
Try doing what I recommend, if you can find a website that sells water cooling components separately (I didn't bother to check your version of aquatuning ) just copy Phobya's list! Same tubbing size, fittings, blocks, etc.and get a more powerful pump right away, so you can save money on the long run

Muatez reacted to Peggers Xtreme in Phobya watercooling kit
Phobya in my opinion make some good water cooling parts I have had good experiences so far, The brand I haven't had such good luck with is EK I had to replace a radiator soon after installing it and my EK Pump failed on me killing my GTX580 a while back but as far as Phobya go I recommend their parts.
