cablord reacted to pwn_intended in Have an odd issue when turning my PC off
I have been having this issue with my Asus z77 board for a couple years as well. Sometimes it does this EVERY time for a month and then it won't do it again for a few months, and then do it again. I have given up trying to resolve the issue and just learned to live with it since I spent many many hours trying to figure it out. I will follow this thread to see if the people here have any more suggestions.

Exactly the options I have looked at thanks for the help (not marking solved in case someone has an option not mentioned here until I actually buy the keyboard it self )

If it's been stuck at the "Reverting Changes" screen for over two hours, then go ahead and try shutting the computer down by holding down the power button. Yes, there is a risk of damaging the system files, but at this point there really isn't another option that I'm aware of.

Go to Control Panel. Under the "Action Center" heading, click on "Troubleshoot common computer problems". Once there, look under "System and Security". You'll see an option that says "Fix problems with Windows Update".
Open that. Before you run it, click on the blue "Advanced" link and select the "Run as Administrator" option. Then click "Next". It's all automatic from there. It will either give a successful report and the updates will work again, or it will give an error which you can post back here.
Good luck!

NZXT S340 is nice for around that price or maybe an ARC Midi R2 or the ARC Mini R2 if you're going MATX

Well games with no installation (ie five nights at freddy's, Bro Force, Etc) you can do this with. Also you can install the new OSS on your new drive> Move the game files over to the new drive> Format the old drive> move the games back onto the old drive> install them> Finished! However, unless you have 1Mbps internet it would be easier to re-download them.
