TwitchFast reacted to Altecice in Copy the entirety of a drive to an SSD
I just copied a 1TB > MX100 (500gb) two days ago for my new laptop. The MX100 comes with a free copy of Acronis TrueImage 2014. It really supprised me at how good that program was!.... It was able to clone everything no problem while also noticing that the driver was smaller so tuned the windows partition down to fit the SSD automatically.

TwitchFast got a reaction from Seldszar in Watch Dogs mods are here.
I'm confused as to why they wouldn't release it as-is, I can only assume it was too demanding, but even then that doesn't warrant complete removal.

Noted It'll help, which is better than a window I rarely look at.
Thanks again, surprisingly cheaper than I had anticipated. -
TwitchFast reacted to airdeano in 750D Side Panel without window
@TwitchFast
side panels are swappable/interchangeable, so ordering a non-windowed side panel will give you your effect.

TwitchFast got a reaction from DanTheMuffinMan in CPU Fan Error - New Swiftech H320
For what it's worth, plugging the pump into the CPU header makes less sense as the fans are supposed to increase in speed as the CPU gets hotter, the pump should run at a fixed speed.
If the pump increases in speed as the CPU gets hotter, it will probably only drop a degree or two.
My H320 has the splitter on the CPU header which powers three Noctua NF-F12's and the pump is connected to the CPU_OPT_Fan.

TwitchFast got a reaction from GuideMe002 in CL 9 and CL 11 HELP!!
Negligible perfectly describes it, the CL11 will perform perfectly for your use case scenario.
-
TwitchFast got a reaction from DoubleY in CL 9 and CL 11 HELP!!
CL stands for CAS Latency, meaning lower is better.
Though unless you're doing media production and what not, you probably won't benefit from the lower latency, I would advise going for whatever is cheapest if that is of concern to you.

Assuming the 480mm rads aren't thin and have a decent FPI, then it will definitely be enough.

TwitchFast reacted to Damikiller37 in How to remove the irritating white screen when loading the next page.
I HAVE NOT MADE THIS PLUGIN... Source in the link at the end!
This is a guide that I have found and changed so that for all of you guys that use the dark theme on here can get rid of the irritating white screen between page loads so that you don't get flashed with a bright white screen in between loading of the next page. The original tutorial is designed to do it for every website however you can easily alter it, like I did. If anyone knows a way to get it working then comment below and I will add it here. Keep in mind that all this plugin does is change that white screen to be black during loading of the next page.
Here are the 2 versions of this plugin:
Altered to work on LTT only: LINK
Original (Works on every page): LINK
Make sure that you keep the files in the folder they are in when extracting.
In chrome, go to Settings -> Extensions -> turn on Developer Mode (located in top right corner) -> Click load unpacked extension -> Choose the folder you just extracted.
The plugin should pop up in your list of plugins and should be active.
This works for Chrome and also Opera as @KakaoDj mentioned.

TwitchFast got a reaction from Vitalius in Why is Anime madly popular?
Personally I think of Anime as nothing more than a replacement for TV.
Not to mention I like rude humor, and Japan is more than willing to provide it seems.

TwitchFast reacted to Askew in What do you guys think of the New Youtube layout?
Get the 'Stylish' add on for Firefox, then when you go to youtube just go to the little S in the top right of your browser and hit 'find themes for this page' I use black youtube by Panos.
There are dark themes for most sites, there is a user posted one for this site, and some very popular ones for the likes of Google/Amazon ect.
I have black Google, Amazon, Twitter, LinusTechTips, Youtube, Ebay, everything is dark.

TwitchFast reacted to catbutts in "Oh No" - Air 540 - GTX 780 Classified
Hello!
I became very interested in watercooling almost a year ago, but I have/had a very decent air cooled gaming rig with no need for any performance/aesthetic upgrades at the time. What really caught my attention was @failwheeldrive 's Arc Under Water and I decided I wanted a green themed build. Since I picked up a 780 Classified, I figured I could really clean up my computer and add to the aesthetic quality!
Parts list:
Case - Corsair Air 540
PSU - Corsair HX750
CPU - i5 3570K
Motherboard - ASRock Z77 Extreme4
RAM - 2x 8GB 1866
GPU - 1x GTX 780 Classified
Radiatiors - 1x Alphacool XT45 360mm, 1x Alphacool XT45 240mm
CPU Block - Koolance 380I
GPU Block - EKWB 780 Classy
Pump - MCP655
Tubing - Primochill Advanced LRT
Dye - Mayhems Pastel Green
Newegg sent me a dead ASRock motherboard and I am very unhappy, but who can you blame, right? I have all the parts except for that so I am waiting for my replacement to arrive within the week.
Final pictures!
My first time custom sleeving cables (I think they turned out pretty good)

TwitchFast got a reaction from Sharif in Is it ok to recommend other tech channels?
I'm fairly certain it's allowed, reviewers aren't really in competition with eachother.
Not to mention that Linus always recommends people to check out people like Logan, TimmyTechTV and what not.
