IMO with the Rival reputation in the FPS scene and my bias towards Steelseries, I'd say the Rival100.

idk

The ROG Sica has the same sensor as the one in the Rival 300 (PWM3310) so it's way better sensor-wise. The problem with the Sica is that because of the switch socket design, it has high button latency, which can be noticeable. With the Rival 100, you have extra side buttons and better latency, but keep in mind that the sensor is way inferior than the one in the Sica and is only considered flawless on 500 DPI.

I'd personally pick the Rival 100 if my choice was limited between those two, because 500 DPI is enough for me for CS:GO. If you play more RTS or MOBA games and can live without side buttons, the Sica would be a better option.

Other mice with similar shape and size, but less flaws are EVGA Torq X5, Logitech G302/G303 and Razer Abyssus 2014.

If I would go with the rival 300 what are its flaws?

It's one of the best mice in the market - I'm currently using one and no real flaws can be found. It's suited for palm and claw grip and it's one of the longest mice in the market so keep that in mind. If you are willing to buy a Rival 300, I can suggest the Logitech G402 too if you like it's shape.

Thanks! I might just go with with the rival 300
