I would go with the MSI because I don't trust used things on ebay.

Refurbished sounds better than used. That's my opinion though, and it was refurbished by Newegg, I'm personally not from America so I don't use them. But from what I've gathered, they seem a lot more reliable than a seller on ebay.

Whichever one you prefer, honestly. Refurb mobos don't really have much of a warranty, and used ones on eBay don't have one at all. Either way, if one doesn't work, send it back. eBay has policies against broken items, and you can return a mobo to Newegg.

I would take the one on newegg purely because I don't trust ebay and newegg is generally pretty safe with these things.

[ Rig: CPU: 4930K, GPU: EVGA 780TI SC x2, RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, Mobo: ASUS P9 X79 LE, Storage: 120GB Samsung EVO + 2TB Seagate Barracuda, PSU: Corsair RM1000 ]
