I'm going to be building a new pc and my parts are on the way. The question is about windows 10. Can I boot up my new pc with a digital version of windows and if so how?

you would load it onto a usb stick but before that format to FAT32 and then when the computer is ont piece boot it from the usb stick to install

that is what i know

I've tried but when I choose the usb it doesn't do anything and exits.
